Terrence Rohan

Based in San Francisco, Terrence is an Angel Investor and the Managing Director of Otherwise (http://otherwisefund.com/).  Otherwise is a new type of investment platform - a network of founders, investing in founders.  Terrence's portfolio companies include Bison Trails (Seed), Circle (Seed), Figma (Seed, fmr Board Member, Growth), Front (Seed, Growth), Justworks (Seed, fmr Board Member), Notion (Seed), Lever (Seed), Pachama (Seed) Patreon (Venture, Growth), Robinhood (Seed, Growth), Runway (Seed) Tandem (Seed), Vanta (Seed), Vouch (Venture) amongst others. Prior to Otherwise, Terrence co-created Index Venture's seed fund, and then incubated a new Angel Fund while at Index, as its General Partner and Co-founder. Before Index, Terrence was at Google and YouTube in product marketing and development. He holds an MS in Management from Stanford University's Graduate School of Business, an MS in Philosophy from London School of Economics, and a BA in Philosophy from Colgate University.
