Don McLemore is a Founder of Claritas Capital. Prior to joining Claritas Capital, Don served as a Partner and Chief Financial Officer of Massey Burch Capital Corp. Don has over thirty years of experience in financial services, with over twenty-five years of experience in venture capital. As one of four principals at Massey Burch, Don shared responsibility for deal generation, portfolio management, fundraising, and investor relations. Currently, Don represents Claritas Capital on the boards of Counsel on Call; HCCA International, Inc.; and StudioNow. He serves as a visitor to the board of directors of Cybera, Inc. In addition, Don served on the board of iPayment from its initial public offering in 2003 to its going private transaction in 2006, and on the board of Empyrean Benefit Solutions from 2011 until the recapitalization of the company in 2013.

John Chadwick is a Founder of Claritas Capital. John has over twenty years of experience in financial services, with over fifteen years of experience in venture capital and private equity. Previous work experience includes working with Richland Ventures for six years, where he was a Partner overseeing sourcing and overseeing venture and private equity investment opportunities, and with Chemical Bank for four years, where he served as a Vice President of the Energy Group sourcing and underwriting credit opportunities. Currently, John represents Claritas Capital on the boards of directors for Blue Chip Surgical Center Partners, LLC; Continuum 700 (advisory board); Empyrean Benefit Solutions; Entrada, Inc; and StudioNow (rejoined the Board in 2013). John served on the board of StudioNow from its formation in 2006 until its sale to AOL in 2010. John has served on numerous non-profit boards including The Ensworth School and Nashville Tecnology Council. John graduated from the University of Virginia with a B.A. in 1989, and graduated from The Wharton School of the University of Pennsylvania with an M.B.A. in 1995.
