Orum Therapeutics is pioneering the development of therapeutic antibodies that can target previously undruggable cytosolic proteins using their unique cell-penetrating antibody platform called Oromab. Unlike other approaches, their platform can deliver active antibody therapeutics or payloads inside cells without the need for chemical modification. They are also developing tumor-directed targeted protein degraders for cell-specific delivery and have generated first-in-class antibody drug conjugates for the treatment of solid tumors and hematologic cancers.
