Since 2016, Romero Mentoring has been offering tuition-free training and development programs to job seekers, professionals, and college students pursuing finance careers. With a mission to use education to make the world a better place, Romero Mentoring has successfully guided over 400 students into finance careers through their Analyst Prep and Associate investment banking programs. They aim to transform college students into skilled professionals by introducing them to careers in finance and providing access to a strong and growing community of students and professionals.
