The program, offered by the 92nd Street Y in New York, provides executive mentorship, educational training, and a community of female leaders to a select group of women. It includes one-on-one and peer mentorship, CEO workshops, networking events, and educational seminars. The year-long fellowship aims to address the challenges women face in their career advancement and create new pathways to success. Founded in 2015, Women inPower is open to senior-level women across all professional sectors and is provided free of cost to participants.
