DCI is a woman-owned small business that draws on over 30 years of experience in information technology, acquisition, digital government services, and leadership to support companies specializing in all aspects of customer experience. They create a government and industry CX Community of Interest, hack the bureaucracy of government, and transfer knowledge and experience between governments and industries. They also facilitate roundtables to address pertinent CX challenges and issues, maintain a network of CX, IT, and Digital Services officials government-wide, and recognize champions of change through the Service to the Citizen Awards Program.
