ECEG acts as a social partner and consultative body for the European Commission, Parliament, and other stakeholders. With members from 18 countries, ECEG represents over 3.3 million employees in more than 94,000 enterprises. The organization plays a significant role in the EU's largest and most dynamic industries, advocating for the interests of the chemical, pharmaceutical, rubber, and plastics sectors. ECEG collaborates with other industry associations and social partners, such as BUSINESSEUROPE, Cefic, EFPIA, and ETRMA.
