Founded in 1995 in Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania, NeoVision was created by Cormac L. Kinney and Dr. Marc Graham. They developed Real Time Analytical Heatmaps at the Financial Analysis and Securities Trading (FAST) lab, with support from consortium members such as Mellon Bank, J.P. Morgan, and Merrill Lynch. The technology gained popularity in the trading desk environment and is now used by major financial institutions. NeoVision moved its headquarters to Manhattan's financial district in 1996 to better serve its customer base.
