They use their patented tunable RF and microwave dielectric materials technology, along with 3D miniaturized circuit and module design, to address the requirements of next-generation wireless devices. Their product range includes ParaScan and ParaStak, which are tunable materials technologies used to produce passive tunable ICs. In 2012, Paratek Microwave was acquired by Research In Motion (now BlackBerry), but the terms of the deal were undisclosed.
