Rodolphe Belmer
After graduating from HEC in 1992, Rodolphe Belmer began his career in the marketing department of Procter & Gamble France before joining McKinsey in 1998. In 2001, he joined Groupe Canal where he was appointed as Head of Marketing and Strategy in 2002. From 2003 onwards he oversaw the editorial division of the group, initially as CEO of Canal+, and from 2006 onwards, as head of all the pay-TV channels. He led the diversification of the Group into free-to-air television in 2011, notably through the acquisition and relaunch of D8 and D17. In 2012, he was appointed as CEO of Groupe Canal, in which capacity he focused on overhauling both the commercial and technological models of the company to enable it to rise to the challenge of OTT.

Gregory Dray
Based in London, Gregory runs Google/YouTube's Kids, Family and Education content businesses across Europe, the Middle East and Africa (EMEA), as well as the award-winning YouTube Kids streaming video platform internationally. He has orchestrated the launch and development of YouTube Kids (AVOD and SVOD) in 100+ international markets and oversees the platform's business-related functions (including content partnerships, content programming, distribution partnerships, marketing, ad sales strategy), while working closely with its product and engineering teams to create a unique user experience. Greg joined Google in January 2012 as Head of Original Programming for YouTube in EMEA, before launching the company's News and Kids/Family verticals in the region. Before joining Google/YouTube, Greg was in charge of international digital media for Lagardere Active, the media division of Lagardere Group. Previously, he was VP of Global Marketing for Dailymotion, a primary video platform, and worked for several years at Time Warner (now WarnerMedia), principally for the company’s Turner Broadcasting and Time Inc. units in senior sales and business development roles in New York, Paris and London. Greg obtained an MA in International Affairs from the Institut d’Etudes Politiques de Paris (Sciences Po Paris) and an MS in Business Administration from the Ecole Superieure de Commerce de Paris (ESCP). He is also an alumnus of the Stanford University Graduate School of Business (Stanford Executive Program, Class of 2019).
