The bank provides services such as savings accounts, loans, insurance, and cash management. It has also expanded internationally with representative offices in Dubai and Hong Kong. In recent years, the bank has focused on leveraging technology to bring banking services to rural areas through low-cost branchless banking. However, in 2018, the bank recorded a net loss of $628 million.
