PV's application performance monitoring platform continuously tracks and analyzes the application's performance, providing recommendations for improvement. In December 2017, PV was acquired by Accedian, a global leader in network performance monitoring, to bring together PV's wide-angle view of all applications and transactions with Accedian's ultra-precise QoS monitoring for the most complete view of network health available. Going forward, the PerformanceVision® solution will be known as SkyLIGHT™ PVX, complementing the branding of Accedian's SkyLIGHT VCX active monitoring platform.
