Founded in 2004, Erhvervsinvest Management focuses on acquiring majority stakes in well-managed companies with growth potential and the ability to drive industry consolidation. They have no specific industry focus, but most of their portfolio companies operate in the manufacturing or service industry. Erhvervsinvest aims to create growth and attractive returns in an ethically and socially responsible manner by taking an active role in portfolio companies and securing alignment of interest with co-investing management teams and Board of Directors.
