The company's wholly owned Chilean subsidiary, Minera Azul Ventures Limitada, has the rights to acquire a copper-iron property in La Higuera, Chile. The property is located in a prolific I.O.C.G. belt with a history of copper mining dating back to the 18th century. Despite this, there has been no known modern exploration conducted on the property. Austin Resources is engaged in the exploration and evaluation of mineral properties.
