The non-profit CleanTX was formed in 2020 by the merger of two organizations, TREIA and CleanTX, with the aim of advancing cleantech and renewable energy in Texas. They provide economic development services and act as a professional association, collaborating with industry partners and forming strategic alliances to modernize the power grid and achieve 50% renewable energy integration in Texas by 2030.
