Founded in 2019 as a spin-out of Cook Regentec, Sexton Biotechnologies focuses on container closure and media supplementation tools for cell and gene therapy bioproduction. The company recently raised $5 million in growth capital and is the first company incubated by Cook Regentec to secure outside investment and become independent.
