Leighton Yohannan is CEO & Member of the Board of Directors at Rampmaster. Attended at The Wharton School. currently Executive Chairman of PayCommerce, Inc., where he is responsible for corporate vision and leadership as well as go-to market product strategies. PayCommerce provides next-generation universal business payment solutions for vertical market segments on a global level. In 2000, Yohannan was a founding partner of LiquidHub. He has served as LiquidHub's CFO then later Executive Chairman until its acquisition by a private equity firm in late 2007. From 2007 to 2009 Yohannan has continued in his role as Chairman and most recently Vice Chairman. His major contributions to LiquidHub included development and execution of its business development and customer relationship management strategies, brand identity in the marketplace, and global Revenue expansion. Yohannan was also the architect of many facets of the LiquidHub corporate culture, management philosophy, and employee recruitment principles. Prior to starting LiquidHub, Yohannan was owner and CEO of The Reohr Group, Inc., a $55 million Global Technology Consultancy, which he sold and was later merged in 1998 with Global Consulting and SoftTech Solutions to create Broadreach Consulting. Yohannan was responsible for the Business Development strategy, financial performance and operational mentorship of offices in eight major metropolitan cities nationwide. Yohannan was also catalyst for the development of Recruitment Centers in both Manila and Singapore enabling global recruiting to fuel growth and expansion in the USA. Broadreach Consulting provided eBusiness solutions to Fortune 1000 companies, turning them into "eBusiness enabled enterprises". Yohannan remained on the Board of Directors of Broadreach Consulting and was instrumental in engineering a sale of Broadreach in 2000. Prior to Reohr, Yohannan was an investment-banking analyst for Hopper Soliday & Company. Yohannan's academic background includes undergraduate and graduate work in Accounting and Finance. This includes an MBA and M.S. in Taxation at Widener University. He is also a Certified Public Accountant (non-practicing) and a Wharton Fellow, University of Pennsylvania.
