Founded in 2019 by Darshan Sankhala, Gagan Baradia, and Viren Nagvanshi, ROLBOL started as a series of talk shows called ROLBOL Talks, which quickly gained popularity among young people. Inspired by the positive response, they expanded their efforts and began organizing "Coffee Dates," casual meetups where individuals could collaborate and support each other in making their lives better. These meetings led to the formation of the ROLBOL Community, which aims to create opportunities for networking, socializing, and personal growth. With the vision of becoming a global community, ROLBOL launched grandiosely in 2020 and has since grown to include multiple chapters and over 100 members. Their mission is to connect one million individuals in the next five years, fostering a mindset of collaboration and providing platforms for entertainment, networking, business exchange, skill-sharing, and lifelong learning.
