Founded in 1982, Empathia started as an internal employee assistance program (EAP) and has since grown to offer a range of behavioral health programs, crisis management services, and workplace culture optimization. They serve industries such as healthcare, education, and transportation, and have a strong focus on helping organizations prepare for and recover from disasters.
