Based in Blacksburg, Virginia, DayOne Ventures selects up to three early stage startups each spring through a competitive evaluation process. Winning teams receive up to $16,000, office space, and high-speed internet access for the summer mentorship program. Throughout the summer, successful entrepreneurs provide regular mentoring to the teams. The program concludes with a demo day event where firms can present to potential investors.
