In December 2019, Maison Routin 1883 was acquired by APAX France, UI Gestion, and Credit Mutuel Equity, although the terms of the transaction were not disclosed. Additionally, Routin SA, another subsidiary, produces alcoholic beverages, liqueurs, syrups, aperitif wines, and spirits.
