Li Yuhui

Graduated from Huazhong University of Science and Technology and Southwestern University of Finance and Economics, Mr. LiYuhui has got bachelor degree in engineering and master degree in economics. He has more than 20 years of investment management experience in investment banking and capital market of China. Mr. Li Yuhui is the A round leading investor of Toread (300005), China's largest outdoor sporting goods retailer which realized first listing on the GEM in 2009; he is the A round leading investor of Beijing GeoEnviron Engineering and Technology(603588) which is the leading enterprise in solid waste governance and soil remediation in China and was listed No. 1 in the "2012 China Top 50 most Investment Value" of Qingke. As a founding partner of Panlin Capital, Mr. Li Yuhui long has been long engaged in investment in the domestic capital market, with a unique Investment Concept and a series of success projects in the field of private equity investment focusing on investment in new consumption patterns, health care, energy conservation and environmental protection industry. As the project leader, he has presided invested Toread (300005, A round leading), Eastern Pioneer (A round leading), Sun Shine Culture (merged by 002329), Beijing GeoEnviron Engineering and Technology(603588, A round leading), Huaxia-phytorestore(Angel round leading), Kangtai biological(B round leading), Hybribio biological, Saian biological(A round leading), Ruibo biological, etc. Panlin Oriental Investment Fund and Panlin Pingan Investment Fund achieved more than 8 times and 5 times return in 4 years respectively. Before the founding of Panlin Capital, Mr. Li Yuhui acted as a domestic investment banker for 10 years, and served as Senior Manager at Junan Securities’ investment banking headquarters, Assistant General Manager of International Business Department of Junan Securities, Director of Guotai Junan Securities’ International Operations, Deputy General Manager of investment banking headquarters of Northeast Securities and General Manager of Capital Bridge Securities’ investment banking headquarters. He is a senior professional with investment banking and management experience, and specialized in mergers and acquisitions of listed companies. Based on years of investment banking experience, Mr. Li Yuhui has extensive project sources, professional judgment and negotiations and subsequent management skills. He is good at integrating business resources and coordinating all project participants, can effectively promote invested companies’ standardized operations and lead the listing and merger and acquisition after becoming a shareholder of the invested company. Now he acts as the Director of Huaxia-Phytorestore, Director of Saian Biological and Supervisor of Eastern Pioneer.
