The company, formerly known as Ergo-Asyst Technology LLC, changed its name to Technimotion, LLC in 2011. It offers a range of products including motion-chairs, motion-lifts, traditional style floor-based lifts, and motion-slings. Founded in 2007 and based in Austin, Texas, Technimotion, LLC became a subsidiary of Kinetic Concepts Inc. in 2010.
