Supported by nine successful tech entrepreneurs in Europe, Startup Europe has developed a manifesto outlining 22 actions across various categories such as education, talent, capital, data policy, and thought leadership. The manifesto seeks to improve digital skills among teachers, instill entrepreneurial principles in children, encourage university students to start businesses, facilitate cross-border hiring, increase investment in startups, streamline capital raising processes, revise data protection laws, promote digital thinking in governments, and establish a Digital European forum, among other initiatives. The movement invites entrepreneurs, investors, advisors, and stakeholders across the EU to share their views and support the digital growth plan for the region.
