Founded by Cybele Pascal, a former writer turned cookbook author, Cybele's Free-to-Eat was born out of a desire to create allergy-friendly recipes for her son. After the success of her cookbooks, Cybele decided to bring her favorite recipes to the masses by launching the company in 2013.
