Founded in 2000, Netretail Holding Group started with a successful kitchen appliances shop in the Czech Republic and expanded into other consumer categories such as DIY, pet food, sports, and fashion. It has since become the market leader in the Czech Republic and expanded to Slovakia, Hungary, and Poland. In 2011, the company divested its operations in Germany and focused on Central and Eastern Europe. Netretail Holding Group is now a part of Naspers, a global media company, and continues to actively seek opportunities for organic growth and partnerships.
