Olivier Laganiere

Mr. Olivier Laganière serves as Managing Director at Northleaf Capital Partners. He participates in all aspects of Northleaf's private markets investment activities, with a primary focus on deal sourcing, market research, transaction due diligence, structure and execution, and asset management activities relating to Northleaf's infrastructure investment program. Before joining Northleaf in 2012, he was an investment banker in the Infrastructure Finance group at RBC Capital Markets, where he was primarily involved in performing due diligence and developing financial structures for bond-financed infrastructure transactions. Previously, he worked at the Macquarie Group, where he performed financial advisory work on several infrastructure transactions, including the development of financial models in support of equity bids for public-private partnerships and concession assets. He received his Bachelor of Engineering (Mechanical) from McGill University.
