Eric Rosenfeld - Founder: Eric launched the Oregon Angel Fund with Bob Ward in 2007 to combine the collective wisdom and horsepower of a select group of active, accomplished angel investors with the rigor and discipline of a venture fund. OAF has since grown to become the most active local venue for funding startups in terms of both participants and dollars invested - OAF and its 200+ investors have placed over $50M with 45 local startups that now employ over 2,100 people. Previously, Eric co-founded Capybara Ventures, was a principal owner of Second Story Interactive Studios, and director of corporate business development for Mentor Graphics. Eric also worked as a technology and industry analyst for SRI International and was a research fellow at the Stanford Graduate School of Business. In addition to serving on several portfolio company boards, Eric is board chair of the Catlin Gabel School, and past chair of the Oregon Entrepreneurs Network, Angel Oregon, and the Oregon Jewish Community Foundation.
