Georgia Mountains Health is a non-profit organization that offers affordable and professional medical, dental, and behavioral health services to the community. They provide a range of services including adult care, medical home, sick visits, family planning, well-woman exams, preventative care, cleanings, diagnostic x-rays, sealants, anger management, anxiety, coping skills, depression, developmental disorders, divorce, and family conflict. Founded in Fannin county in 1984, Georgia Mountains Health has expanded to serve four counties in Georgia. They operate a network of four primary care medical offices, a school-based health center, and a dental health center. Their mission is to provide quality healthcare to everyone, regardless of their ability to pay.
