The company was founded in 2013 and is made up of academics, professionals, and alumni who believe that innovation can be taught and developed through experience. Their goal is to develop and strengthen the innovation and entrepreneurial community at MIT and beyond by supporting, connecting, enabling, and inspiring MIT's innovative people, places, programs, and partnerships. The company is tasked by The Office of the Provost to steward the innovation process from idea to impact.
