It started off by offering an online marketplace for package tour suppliers such as Lions Travel and Richmond, and it also builds a simple search engine for end customers to find suitable products. After that, it expands the product scope to hotels, flight tickets, and customized travel plans for outbound travel. In 2018, Tripresso launched a proprietary software-as-a-service (SaaS) system, TripSaaS, which allows brick-and-mortar travel agencies to manage websites, list products, and manage orders and customer relationships to enhance operational efficiency.
