Established in 1995, the DIF provides counseling, education, and early-stage investment capital to seed, start-up, and early-stage high technology companies. With a commitment to community involvement, the DIF has contributed to the creation of over 500 jobs and has provided capital funds for growth and expansion to more than 20 companies. As a $10 million private 501(c)3 non-profit economic development and venture capital entity, the DIF aims to encourage entrepreneurial efforts and economic growth in the region.
