The MYiNNERME app offers interactive programmes tailored to both children and parents, providing guidance on how to best support their children's mental health. With a focus on cognitive behavioural therapy, the app addresses a range of topics including Anger, COVID Concerns, Shyness, Grief, Bullying and Mindfulness. By offering a preventive measure or a tool for those on waiting lists for treatment, MYiNNERME aims to improve children's mental health outcomes by addressing problems early on. Developed by Danish child psychologist Marie Ulstrup, MYiNNERME's separate parent and child profiles ensure that both parties receive content tailored to their level of understanding.
