Doron Reuveni

Doron Reuveni is the driving force behind one of the fastest growing tech companies in New England. With clarity of vision about the future of web and mobile applications, Doron has grown the company exponentially– in terms of funding, revenue, customers and employees—in just a few short years. Although his idea of "in-the-wild" software testing through a crowdsourcing model was a radical notion in 2007, it has been enthusiastically adopted as an integral part of the software development process for 1000+ companies worldwide. In the years since, Doron has led Applause to numerous honors, including the #8 spot on Forbes' 2013 list of America's Most Promising Companies and the #16 spot on the 2012 INC 500. Doron himself was also a finalist for the 2012 Ernst & Young New England Entrepreneur of the Year award. With more than 25 years experience, Doron has become an internationally-recognized expert in software development and testing, as well as startup formation and entrepreneurship. Most recently, he was the CEO and Owner of Re.D Consulting, where he advised enterprise firms on their go-to-market strategies, company direction, and product roadmaps. He assisted early stage startups in raising capital, and provided counsel to VC's for portfolio companies' market direction, technology and management evaluation. Prior to Re.D, Doron was SVP of Technology at Enigma, where he led multi-million dollar software implementations for companies such as Ford, Volvo, and United Airlines, while effectively managing a global team of professional software engineers, testers and project managers. In his personal life, Doron is a husband and father of three active children. He helps coach his children's soccer teams, and is an avid skier, cyclist and runner. In fact, Doron has run the Boston Marathon for the past nine years, and competed in several triathlons.
