Its goal is to become an international scientific innovation center in the Greater Bay Area, while also establishing a national open source research platform by 2030. PCL aims to provide innovative solutions to major technical challenges in information technology, contributing to China's national scientific competence and becoming a world-leading scientific institution by 2050.
