The student-led project, Cognopsi, is leveraging the advancements in natural language processing from Georgia Tech to create an AI solution that addresses the need for investment professionals to quickly access up-to-date information. By analyzing and summarizing articles, Cognopsi aims to help investment bankers, foreign exchange traders, and analysts efficiently review a large volume of news and reports, enabling faster decision-making and reducing the time spent away from client calls. This Big Data solution is expected to provide investment professionals with the most relevant and important information from articles, allowing them to gain insights about their clients and competitors in a fast-paced industry.
