With at least 25% of people struggling with mental health challenges in their lifetime, The Pocket Couch aims to create a world where everyone has a better chance of getting the help they need, when they need it. It is not a replacement for face to face therapy but rather a space to be used in conjunction with other mental healthcare help. The platform is easy to use, non-judgemental and affordable, designed to help people struggling with self-confidence or finding it more difficult to get out of bed with each passing day.
