They also offer texturized plant-based proteins, crisps, and capabilities for producing clusters, granola, and panning. With seven production lines operating 24/7, a fully-equipped Research and Development lab, and an on-site Applications Lab, CII is committed to researching, developing, and marketing unique food ingredients. Founded in 1990 by Robert Hatch, the company is expanding with a new facility in St. Joseph, Missouri in 2022, which will further enhance their clusters, granola, and panning capabilities.
