Fred Clarke

At Arisdyne Systems, Fred Clarke brings together proven planning skills, leadership management and entrepreneurial background with unique application of cavitation technologies for enhancing production of biofuels. His understanding of the needs of this emerging industry and his leadership of the Arisdyne team have resulted in breakthrough developments leading to new patents, equipment, and process improvements for biofuel producers and feedstock providers. Prior to joining Arisdyne Systems, Inc., Clarke was president and CEO of a holding company that owned four mid-sized Midwest manufacturing firms serving the industrial, transportation, automotive and construction markets. As former Vice President of Corporate Development with TRW, Clarke was responsible for automotive strategy and planning, as well as divesting more than 20 business units. As the vice president and general manager of a multinational advanced technology equipment and product manufacturing division of TRW, he was also responsible for global business operations, including planning and capital budgets. Earlier in his career, he was a partner with Ernst & Whinney (now Ernst & Young). Fred is a retired Captain of the United States Navy Supply Corps, and holds an MBA from the Harvard Business School and a Mechanical Engineering degree from Stanford.
