It provides a modern infrastructure that meets the needs of business, science, and society, with the Gaia-X European Association for Data and Cloud (AISBL) as its core organizational structure. The association develops the technical framework and operates the Gaia-X Federation services, facilitating the development of an open software infrastructure within existing cloud infrastructures.
