NCB is a banking institution based in Jeddah, Saudi Arabia. It provides a wide range of financial services, including personal banking, residential finance, accounts, and private banking services. The bank was formed as a result of partnership and merger of Saudi Arabia's largest currency exchange houses at the time. NCB has been a pioneer in financial innovations such as real estate and auto-lease finance and was the first Saudi bank to launch a mutual fund product. The bank has received international certification on Business Continuity Management and is a leader in Corporate Responsibility. The Saudi government acquired the majority of shares in 1999, and in 2014, NCB offered 25% of its shares to the public through IPO subscription.
