EAS provides financial assistance, advisory, cooperation opportunities, and training for entrepreneurs, research establishments, public and third sectors. It has merged with KredEx to form Estonian Business and Innovation Agency, which aims to support entrepreneurship, improve living conditions, increase international competitiveness, and offer services such as business model development, innovation acceleration, trade development, foreign direct investment, talent attraction, tourism development, loans, risk capital, credit insurance, guarantees, and grants for energy efficiency and home purchases. Its projects are co-funded from the European Regional Development Fund.
