Founded by frustrated Carnegie Mellon undergraduates, Stellic developed an integrated advising and planning platform to simplify the clunky and complicated tools students were given to plan their academic journey. With the guidance of equally frustrated university advisors, the team built a planner with intelligence and interation, which received campus-wide appreciation and won Research Awards. Recognizing the potential impact, Stellic transformed into a purpose-driven company, providing student-built tools to universities worldwide. Their platform empowers undergraduates to plan upcoming semesters using data insights, tailoring their education to career goals and interests. Additionally, it aids advisors in identifying at-risk students and assists universities in reducing college dropouts.
