Curry Pelot is the CIO and founder of FI Navigator. He is a recognized leader with a passion for using technology to solve problems and improve process. He has facilitated strategic planning sessions for bank executives and worked on merger and acquisition advisory teams. He is focused on building automated models to provide profit analysis, site analysis, controlling interest valuations, marketing plans and risk management. Prior to founding FI Navigator, he served as CIO and founder of Persint, Inc., a startup that developed an online solution to provide consumers with objective analysis of their financial health versus peers of similar life stage including appropriate solutions to improve net worth, maximize cash flow and manage risks. Before that venture he co-founded BancIntelligence.com and led the development of the BancAnalyst platform. BancIntelligence.com was successfully acquired by Fiserv in 2007. He then served as CIO of the Bank Intelligence division of Fiserv. He also served as senior vice president for U.S. Banking Alliance. Pelot holds a bachelor of business administration degree in Banking and Finance from The University of Georgia and a Master’s degree in strategic planning and entrepreneurship from Georgia State University, J. Mack Robinson College of Business. He has frequently spoken for state and national financial institution trade associations, led classes at America’s Community Bankers National School of Banking and the Community Bankers Association of Georgia Community School, and authored several articles published in banking industry magazines.

Steve Cotton
Steve Cotton is the CEO and Founder of FI Navigator. Cotton is a proven entrepreneur in the financial services industry. He has extensive experience in strategic data and analytics innovations and extensive experience in leading teams from concept to a successful acquisition. His early career was devoted to the development of advanced analytics to enhance bank management’s allocative efficiency towards their objective of maximizing shareholder value. He then leveraged this foundation in strategy development, performance enhancement and M&A to successfully find and lead an online SaaS bank analytics company, Bank Intelligence, which was bought by Fiserv in 2007. Cotton then served as president of the division at Fiserv.Cotton then served as CEO and Founder for Persint, a web-based consumer analytics engine leveraging exception analysis to pinpoint custom household opportunities and map to appropriate solutions. Prior to founding Bank Intelligence and Persint, Cotton served as managing director, financial strategies division for U.S. Banking Alliance. In this position he started the firm’s Financial Strategies Division developing and delivering new products and services for financial institution executives including solutions for strategic planning, capital planning, profit planning and M&A advisory. In addition to his work at FI Navigator, Cotton is an advisory board member for Preparis, Inc., an organization that delivers business continuity and life safety solutions to various corporate verticals. He earned a bachelor of business administration, Banking and Finance degree and a Master of Business Administration degree from the University of Georgia, Terry College of Business.
