Founded in 2010, The North West Fund is one of the largest public sector funds in Europe and the UK. It is managed by North West Business Finance Limited and is financed through a combination of public and private sector investments, including the European Regional Development Fund and the European Investment Bank. The fund has supported over 440 businesses with over £153 million of investment, leveraging an additional £170 million in private sector finance and £20 million in public sector funding.
