With offices in Québec and around the world, Investissement Québec provides support to foreign and local businesses, understanding their unique challenges. They have launched GO Capital, a $50 million venture capital fund, to specifically support young technology firms in Québec. This fund focuses on advanced technologies, information technology, life sciences, and telecommunications. GO Capital investments will be matched by BDC, bringing the available capital to $100 million. Other investors include FIER Partners, BDC, Caisse de dépôt et placement du Québec, Solidarity Fund QFL, and Fondaction.
