David Dorman
Dorman has been the Non-Executive Chairman of the Board of CVS Health since May 2011, and has been a Founding Partner of Centerview Capital Technology Fund, a private investment firm, since July 2013. He was formerly Non-Executive Chairman of the Board of Motorola Solutions, Inc., (formerly Motorola, Inc.) a communications products company, from May 2008 through May 2011, and served as Lead Director of Motorola until his retirement from that board on May 2015. From October 2006 through April 2008, he was a Managing Director and Senior Advisor with Warburg Pincus LLC, a global private equity firm. From November 2005 until January 2006, Dorman served as President and a director of AT&T Inc., a telecommunications company (formerly known as SBC Communications). From November 2002 until November 2005, Dorman was Chairman of the Board and Chief Executive Officer of AT&T Corporation. Dorman is also a director of Yum! Brands, Inc., a quick service restaurant company, and PayPal, Inc., a global e-payments company. Dorman’s experience in leading large companies, beginning with Sprint and later Pacific Bell and AT&T, lends a perspective and skill set that is greatly valued by the Board. His business background of growing companies is in line with and useful to our business strategy. The Board believes that Dorman’s experience leading the boards of AT&T and Motorola make him well suited to be the Company’s Chairman.

Rich is a General Partner of Knoll Ventures Fund I LP. Prior to establishing Knoll Ventures Fund I LP, Rich was President of Ellis Capital, a family-office that invests across a wide-range of technology-enabled businesses across the seed, post-seed, and Series A stages. At Ellis Capital, Rich oversaw all aspects of the investment process. Previously, Rich served as a Hedge Fund analyst at Private Advisors, a multi-billion dollar alternative asset management firm specialized in alternative investment strategies. Rich is actively involved in the local technology ecosystem, acting in leadership or mentorship positions at Venture Atlanta, TechStars Atlanta, and ENGAGE. Andrew is a General Partner of Knoll Ventures Fund I LP. Prior to establishing the fund, Andrew was Partner and CEO of Knoll Ventures LLC, an Atlanta, GA based family-office that invests across a wide-range of asset classes including venture, growth equity, and real estate. Andrew previously served as Vice President of Investments at Brand Properties and Acquisition Analyst at Centennial Holding Company. Andrew is actively involved in the technology ecosystem including serving as a member of the Venture Atlanta Board of Directors (2015-2017), mentor at TechStars Atlanta, and mentor at ENGAGE. Andrew has also served as a panelist or judge at events hosted by the National Science Foundation, MIT Enterprise Forum, Technology Association of Georgia, Institute for Continuing Legal Education in Georgia, and Harvard Business School. Andrew received a BS in economics from Southern Methodist University, and an MBA from the Georgia Institute of Technology.
