The Biomedical Advanced Research and Development Authority (BARDA) and Johnson & Johnson Innovation - JLABS have partnered to create BLUE KNIGHT, an initiative focused on advancing biomedical research and development. BARDA, a division of the Administration for Strategic Preparedness and Response (ASPR) at the U.S. Department of Health and Human Services (HHS), aims to support the development of medical countermeasures to protect against public health emergencies. JLABS, on the other hand, is a global network of life science innovation centers that provides resources and expertise to support early-stage companies. Through BLUE KNIGHT, BARDA and JLABS will collaborate to accelerate the development of innovative solutions in the biomedical field, leveraging their respective expertise and resources.
