ParticleX, founded in 2017 by Shine Works, offers investment funds and support to tech startups, helping them grow their businesses. They also connect startups with strategic resources and partners, and provide access to the Lab of Tsinghua Shenzhen International Graduate School for Researching and Connecting. ParticleX aims to assist startups in developing innovative Proptech solutions, collecting data and user feedback to improve their initiatives, and ultimately leading to corporate adoption. They also organize the ParticleX PropTech Global Challenge, which highlights key trends in PropTech and showcases the geographical location, technology focus, and industry categories of innovative startups. Additionally, ParticleX runs the ParticleX Urbantech Global Challenge, which connects startups, corporations, angel investors, and incubators, and focuses on cutting-edge technologies addressing urban challenges in various categories.
