Baddies in Tech is addressing the underrepresentation of women of color in the technology sector by creating safe spaces and providing career development opportunities. Through their inclusive community network, career events, and programming, they are helping black and brown women break into and succeed in tech careers. Their vision is to increase the representation of women of color in computing roles to 10% by 2030. Baddies in Tech offers education, mentorship, and scholarships to support the advancement of black and brown women in tech.
